A gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc deposit.

The Cheticamp Gold Property is located 5 km east of Cheticamp, Nova Scotia, Canada and covers an area of 1667 hectares. With more than 17 precious and base metal mineral occurrences recorded on the Nova Scotia Mineral Occurrence Database, the property offers a high potential for the discovery of an economic deposit of gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc. Historical exploration programs have included drilling, trenching, geophysics and soil sampling. A compilation of this work presents a solid foundation for a junior to confidently initiate a drill program.

21Alpha Resources initially visited the property in October 2018 and concentrated their efforts on the Core Shack Showing; the original 3-claim acquisition. The Core Shack Showing is a 40 x 20 meter clearing where mineralized outcrop is readily available for sampling. 21Alpha sent five chip samples to AGAT Laboratories for analyses and significant values were reported: gold (13.2 g/t), silver (698 g/t), copper (0.859%), lead (16.1%) and zinc (7.3%).

In 1996, Highland Range Minerals Ltd. conducted a drill program to explore the host rocks to the Core Shack Zone and they were successful at outlining an extensive auriferous horizon with economic possibilities. Spread out over approximately 700 meters, the majority of the holes intercepted zones grading 1-5 g/t gold. A section in DDH-HR-8 [located 335 m away from Core Shack outcrop] assayed 1.10 g/t gold across 6.70 meters, or 0.6 g/t gold across 25.30 meters.

The 1996 Highland Range report described the Core Shack geological setting as the following: The drilling area is underlain by metasediments and metavolcanics of the Jumping Brook Series of Ordovician Age. The metasediments overlie the metavolcanics and consist of greywacke, argillite and quartzite. The metavolcanics are primarily in the andesite range. Near the base of the metasediments lies the transition zone which consist of chlorite, sericite, biotite and garnet. The sulphide mineralization consists of pyrite, pyrrhotite, arsenopyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and galena. Gold and silver accompany the sulphides particularly in the arsenopyrite.

Companies have explored several other mineral occurrences on the claim block (ie. Mountain Top Copper Mine, Triangle, Arsenic Road) and have been successful at identifying mineralized zones up to 4 km away from Core Shack. In particular, BP Resources Canada Limited optioned claims from Outland Resources Corp in 1985 to conduct an extensive work program that included drilling, trenching and grab sampling. Trenches are well documented and report gold values up to 13 g/t.

There is an opportunity to apply for funding from the Nova Scotia Mineral Resources Development Fund (MRDF), which offers a maximum of $100,000 through a 50/50 shared funding stream. These funds can be utilized for various purposes, including exploration, resource definition, preliminary economic assessment, pre-feasibility, or feasibility studies.
