John Shurko is the co-owner and founder of 21Alpha Resources Inc. Since 2016, he has been directly involved with the coordination of small to medium sized exploration programs. With an aggregated value of work surpassing $1.2 million, these programs have included general prospecting, soil sampling, core studies, RC drilling, diamond drilling (>4000m) and placer exploration. The coordination of geophysical surveys has included heliborne/UAV magnetic and TDEM, ground-based gravity and induced polarization (IP). His experiences are primarily derived from projects in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Yukon allowing him to have comprehensive knowledge of registry regulations in these jurisdictions.

John has a hands-on approach with his projects where his duties include plan development & research, team-building, permitting, landowner and First Nations consultation, scheduling, tree cutting, prospecting, sample collection, core cutting, coordination of logistics (i.e.: meals, accommodations, transportation), lab correspondence and government reporting. He strongly believes in transparency and maintains a healthy relationship with government, landowners, First Nations and the environment.

John is currently working as the Project Coordinator for Mongoose Mining Ltd. and has also built a career in film and television where he works as an Assistant Director on movies and television series.

Mr. Jimmy Gravel graduated from a sales and marketing business school 20 years ago. Over the past decade, he has acquired extensive geological expertise through fieldwork alongside leading geologists, focusing on the development of mining projects across Canada.

Currently, Mr. Gravel serves as the President and Founder of Florence Creek Inc., a promising new placer gold district located in the Yukon. He is also the Vice-President and Founder of 21Alpha Resources Inc., a successful exploration company operating in Nova Scotia. Moreover, he is the President and Founder of NBGold Inc., a private exploration firm collaborating with some of the largest publicly traded mining companies in New Brunswick.

Previously, Mr. Gravel held the position of President and CEO at Genius Properties, a company listed on the CSE. Under his leadership, the company successfully transitioned into Cerro De Pasco Resources through a strategic takeover, resulting in a current market capitalization exceeding $100,000,000.

Mr. Gravel remains a major shareholder in several publicly traded companies, having facilitated acquisitions and sales of mining properties throughout Canada.
